You can support us in lots of ways

The Women's Support Project is only able to undertake the work it does through the kind support it receives from individuals, businesses, trusts and grant funders.

Direct donations can be made:

  • Through Just Giving, a simple way to donate with, or without, Gift Aid

  • By setting up a monthly standing order through your bank

  • By donating through payroll, for individuals or businesses

We also kindly accept donations of the following items to our office (address  HERE):

  • Physical cash donations

  • Gift vouchers e.g. supermarket, children's activities etc.

  • Sealed toiletry items e.g. soap, toothpaste, haircare, skincare, makeup, wipes, deodorant etc (please note that, unfortunately, due to limited storage space we are generally unable to accept donations of any other physical goods from individuals)

Every donation helps to make a difference to the women and children who access our support.

Easy Fundraising

You can also sign up for free to Easy Fundraising, so that when you shop online with participating retailers, they'll donate part of what you spend to your chosen cause (at no extra cost to you).

Whether you shop on your phone, laptop or tablet, you can earn free cashback donations for our cause.

Fundraising events can come in many different shapes and sizes, from office bake sales to abseiling down the side of a building! All money raised by you helps to ensure that Women's Support Project can continue to provide services to the women and children that we support.

To help support your fundraising activities we can promote your events and activities on our social media pages. We can also provide fundraising collection buckets.

Legacy support

If you are considering drafting a Will, or amending an existing one, including a donation to Women’s Support Project can be a meaningful way to help us to continue our work in the fight against domestic abuse, for as long as our services are necessary.

Gifts in wills can take many forms. They can be a fixed amount, a percentage of your estate, or the proceeds from something you own. Charitable legacies are also exempt from Inheritance Tax, so by supporting Women’s Support Project, you could also substantially reduce the amount of tax payable on your estate.

You may also want to celebrate the life of a loved one in a special way by making a donation in their memory, or even through a memorial collection.
